Hydrogren Expert

HYBRIT aims to replace coking coal, traditionally needed for ore-based steel making, with hydrogen. The result will be unique – the world’s first fossil-free steel-making technology, with virtually no carbon footprint. In spring 2018, a pilot plant for fossil-free steel production will be planned for to be up and running by 2020, and the goal is to have a solution for fossil-free steel by 2035.

Direct Reduction Expert
Do you want to join HYBRIT and contribute to their journey to develop a world leading steel production process that emits water rather than carbon dioxide? In this position you will be responsible for the development of an ironmaking Direct Reduction technology based on hydrogen.
